Women poker players can be placed into 3 brackets:
Screamers
Squealars
and
Ditherers.
At the moment I am having to deal with a group of women poker players who act like crackhead Banshees. They think it is the height of sophistication to scream and shout about complete b*llocks. Why? Well I dont know really maybe it is the need for attention or it is a tactic for the poker game.
Poker is a social game and I do like to have friendly banter at the table especially when a player has been caught out trying to bluff the pot. However these women seem to take it to another level and behave like frustrated teenagers when they should have a bit more decorum.
The ‘Squealers’ are not to bad because they just tend to twitter and gossip inane nonsense on the table and keep themselves too themselves. The ‘Dithers’ arn’t really a group because I know lots of blokes who play a hand of cards as if they are in some sort of bad film noir.
But a female ditherer can be annoying because they use the femaleness to demand pleasentry when all they are asking is the same rubbish about a ‘straight is better than a flush’ rubbish. At least with a guy you can attack him for being a mug, but with a woman, she will probably end up crying.
The ‘Screamers’ need a good sh*g and I blame their blokes for being such pussies that they should give them a good rogering before they come out to play poker and not try and get rid of their frustration on the poker table.
