With more and more organisations taking BitCoin (BTC), it seems that the rise of BTC is permanently on the rise. But like anything what goes up can come down. So inevitably there will be a BitCoin crash sooner or later. In the past week or so there has been a dumping of BitCoin as the price reached a high price on a major upswing, why is that?
Well as in any speculative market early adaptors like to take out profits so that the limit the chance of losing their investment. As in everything the earlier you are into a speculation the better. The whole point of betting early is that you buy cheap and then hope there is a major hype or buzz which get a fever going and a version of a ‘gold rush’ moving.
What will happen when BTC reaches a point in which there is a major correction and a level is reached after national regulators, major businesses and big investors have had enough of the hype? Then there will be a bloodbath and BitCoin will go the way in which the true believers and the slow coaches will be left with the virtual currency. It is at this point we will know if BTC is just another pyramid scheme or is the genuine article.
