I was going to do an article about the fascinating MP Andrea Leadsom as a poker player. However, she has dropped out after a disastrous article in the Sunday Times in which she stated that her rival Theresa May should not be Prime Minister becasue she had no children and therefore no stake in the country’s future! Bad move.
So with the big piece out of the way, I am left with nothing but the WSOP 2016 which I have a slight interest, but not enough to write a more substantive article. Why are people losing interest in poker, especially online poker?
I noticed the lack of enthusiasm about a year a go, however, it seems to have snow balled. Sites such as Betfair and iPoker are suffering from bad press and lower participation and it seems that the love has gone. In the interest of trying to keep relevant here is the winners from the WSOP High Roller which is a charity event of some sort.
