John McCain caught playing online poker
It looks like my prediction of online poker becoming legal in the US in 2014, is coming true. Also, it looks like that the US online poker will come with updated regulations that will surely become the industry standard because of the nature of the US economy.
Clearly this is going to be a good thing as the prime mover for the Internet is still the US, and, even though the US love the idea of being a ‘rugged individual’ they do know how to protect the consumer and have a history of making sure that ‘the little gut’ does not get rolled over.
In the end if John McCain the veteran senator likes to play online poker why not the rest of the population. There is nothing intrinsically wrong with the game and if anything it sums up the American legend of robust capitalism at its finest.
