Royal Flush - So What?
Yesterday I had my first ever Royal Flush online. It felt great but I still didn’t win the tournament I was I. Sometimes I feel that when you get blindingly great hands you will then get rubbish hands until the end of the game.
Maybe the strength of the hands are even out during a game so its best to have a series of above average hand as opposed to massively great hands, because, if you have massively great you will then get massively mediocre hands. A bit like the lucky dips, if you dip enough time you will get a winning ticket.
So when playing tournament poker I would always pray to get above average but not absolutely great flops – I think?
