Chef Frania Mendivil of Harrah’s Rincon Casino & Resort to Compete In International Patisserie Grand Prix

Harrah's Rincon Casino & Resort announced today that its Pastry Chef, Frania Mendivil, will be among the three elite chefs representing the United States at the International Patisserie Grand Prix 2009 (IPGP) in Tokyo, Japan on March 14 and 15, 2009.
