Following on from our interview this is part 2. The great thing about Poker Totty Anne is that she is so busy that new stuff keeps coming out including a brilliant fund raising event with ex-Gladiator Rio Me and Janey Ormorogbe and just finished the Wolfrun. Here is Part 2 of the interview.
What sort of music and artist do you like?
Music – being a child of the sixties, I enjoy some of the old stuff and you would often hear me singing along (probably badly) to some golden oldies. But I love artists like Ed Sheeran and George Ezra. Bands – Queen, Kasabian, my son’s band The Dirty Water.
Do you have a link to The Dirty Water?
They are fairly new and mostly play in small venues up in London. My son is the one in the checked shirt.
You haven’t asked me who my favourite actors are but I’ll tell you anyway – Gerard Butler because he has that gorgeous wonky smile, Idris Elba because he’s totally hunky from head to toe. Female actors – Celia Imrie is so versatile and my type of woman: no nonsense.
Do you have any hobbies?
Hobbies – I am quite artistic so anything that allows me to explore my creativity. photographic modelling is a hobby, especially when I can introduce ideas of my own; but I also design and make my own jewellery when I have the time, I paint and draw and occasionally carve ornaments for my garden out of random bits of wood.
What is your favourite entertainment?
Favourite entertainment – playing silly card games with like minded people who like a laugh, watching Gogglebox – love the characters. Often feel I would make a great participant as I always have plenty to say about various TV programmes. I’m currently looking forward to walking my new puppy with my husband when she’s old enough. Mollie the border terrier will soon be a new member of our family. I love dogs and now finally have the time to look after one properly.
Which cuisine do you prefer?
One of my favourite cuisines is Italian, various pasta dishes but there are also a few Greek dishes I adore too, one of my faves – moussaka! Yum! I’m a pretty mean cook so enjoy cooking a whole range of meals, especially things like seafood risotto. I absolutely ADORE sea food and fish!
If you had a choice would it be a Prada handbag or a Jimmy Choo shoes?
Pravda handbag or Jimmy Choo shoes – got to be the shoes. If I had the money and was let loose in a shoe shop I’d probably need to install a walk in shoe room to accommodate all the ones I like!
Which city would you like to be in and why?
Wouldn’t like to be in a city; I am a country girl at heart and don’t like being surrounded by buildings. I love being able to see open countryside and endless sky. I suppose if I had to choose, it would be somewhere like Chester or York, picturesque, historic and not too far from open countryside.
