You have to admire their chutzpah. They were only offering 4 places in the Grand National while other bookmakers were offering 5 places. When it was pointed out, they then offered 5 places, except a lot of people complained that they were only payed 4 places.
Clearly Ladbrokes are hoping most will walk away and will forget that they were ripped off, but we wont!
