Dragons Den – Professional Poker Player

The Dragons Den meet JJ Hazan

We have a program called the Dragons Den where people go to pitch some business people for funding of some new product/service. Usually it is some mad invention that will not see the light of day, but, sometimes it is a great idea that almost changes the world. We just had a program that will change poker for a long time.

Stand up JJ Hazan you may have inadvertently changed the way poker staking will be conducted in the future. Mr Hazan wanted £65,000 to play in 33 tournaments in which he would cash in 8 times – roughly 25% of the time.

He would therefore ‘offer’ the Dragons an investment into Mr Hazan’s skill as a poker player – very funny it was to watch!

It did give me the idea that if there are people out there looking to invest big money in poker players playing in tournament then pokerknave.com should be in the game, big style!

What else do we stand for if not to give people the opportunity to take down some big names in a poker tournament and if a player can spring a surprise then we should help facilitate that venture? More shall be discussed about this when I do some research into this

Here is the video link that had me in stitches. You cannot blame JJ Hazan in his quest for risk free staking but implying that he was such a good bet that he did not want to risk his own money was just too funny. Check it out!
