Do you play Texas Hold ‘Em or Omaha?
I have been known to play a little Texas Hold ‘Em when we have a poker night at home! Rubbish at bluffing though.
What was the best bluffed hand you have ever made?
It was the first time I played poker at 18. I’d just learnt and muscled in on a bloke’s night (promising to drink Jack Daniels and smoke cigars in a bid to convince them I could join). I don’t remember much about it. I remember very little about the evening (surprise surprise) but I know I did have absolutely nothing and managed to win about £3 in coppers against boys who’d been playing for ages! Certainly doesn’t go that well anymore though… it was beginners luck!
Nope…. if I’m playing poker, it’s an excuse to get the friends over and open some beers. I wouldn’t dismiss it though… could be an option when I have a quiet evening!
What is your daytime job?
I work in marketing for mobile content provider – it’s pretty cool, and suits me well as the main focus is adult and glamour content. Right up my street!
Ok, can you go into details about the main focus of your job and why it is ‘right up your street’?
Ha ha no sorry. New products not yet launched….
How would you describe yourself physically?
Short, curvy with a bit of a Mediterranean look (I’ve heard ‘do you have any Italian/Spanish/Greek in you?’ so many times over the years) and a cheeky grin!
Love Dior if I had to choose one, but I’m not really a designer follower! Saying that though, I can’t walk past Karen Millen without going in!
When did you decide that modelling maybe a career for you?
I was 22 and had just lost about 3 stone and got over clinical depression! A nice photographer suggested I give it a go, so I did, and loved it! I found it really helped me to get confident and accept myself (which sounds odd, but I didn’t really like being me back then).
To be honest, I only really do it for the love of creating something. I’m pretty talent less – can’t paint, can’t sing or dance and I like being able to create images. Sure I’m not taking them, but it’s so much fun to think up ideas and get involved in producing something different when I can!
No… I had been through counselling a year before. It was only once I gave it a go I realised it was helping my confidence – I don’t claim it’s ‘helped’ me, but I don’t worry about stripping down in Gym changing rooms as much like some girls do, and I don’t feel as shy when meeting new people, as I do it continually now – I guess no matter what my past was, it would have improved my confidence. Getting used to stripping off in front of strangers, and meeting so many new people all of the time is going to do that to anyone! I enjoy it a lot.
I quite like Adriana Lima. She’s stunning.
What sort of music and artist do you like?
I’m a classic rock chick! Give me some 70’s/80’s rock any day. And power ballads… I’m not ashamed. I think I was born in the wrong era – I should have been bouncing around at Alice Cooper concerts at the height of his career!
I loved that Alice Cooper song ‘Elected’, which one is your favourite?
Oooooohh Poison. Although School’s Out always reminds me of doing the air guitar in the lounge with my dad when I was young! Good memories.
Do you have any hobbies?
Actually yes! Until recently I could only really say going to the Gym, which is more of a weight control activity than a hobby, but I’ve just started pole dancing. It’s a lot of fun! I’m only on the beginners course but I absolutely love it, and I’ll keep going up to competition level if I can!
Not yet!
What is your favourite entertainment?
Live comedy! I love stand up. Really don’t do that often enough though.
Which cuisine do you prefer?
Tough question! I love all food.
Got to pin you down to a favourite food of all time?
A good Indian Takeaway….. I usually go for a spicy one like a Chicken Jalfreizi!
If you had a choice would it be a Prada handbag or a Jimmy Choo shoes?
Jimmy Choo Shoes! I do love my shoes.
Which city would you like to be in and why?
Rome….. I loved Rome! The traffic wasn’t much fun, but it’s the history I love. Being so close to the Roman forum was amazing. I don’t think I’d ever get bored of it. I studied Classical Mythology when I was younger, and still read books about it for fun – particularly Roman Civilisation. I love that part of history and I loved walking along streets where this history took place. I felt really at home there.
