Introducing new Poker Totty Helena Linder who is a Swedish model and actress with a penchant for going to the boundaries of new ideas and risk for her art. She also likes to play hard ball in poker which I typical amongst the generation of Swedish poker players who stormed the rankings in the early part of the 21st Century . We like a Poker Totty who is aggressive as they tend to win and Poker Totty Helena is no exception to the rule. Welcome Poker Totty Helena!
Do you play Texas Hold ‘Em or Omaha?
Have you any tales to tell at the poker table?
A good friend treated me to a Vegas trip when my best friend- who lives in Vegas- had been involved in a car crash. So I was on very limited funds as I arrived. I had £200 to last me 4 days. (not a lot in Vegas)! However, we hit the video poker straight away and I won about £300 on the first night, and then about £200 the second day, all from video poker. It covered my pocket money. I won some, lost some, but ultimately I could afford to treat my BFF to champagne and sushi straight to her bed! I’m forever grateful to my friend Jeremy for making this possible. And since, I’m sure we’ve paid him back in rock n roll debauchery and unconditional friendship!
What is your daytime job?
How would you describe yourself physically?
Which designer do you admire?
Vivienne Westwood, Betsy Johnson.
When did you decide that modelling maybe a career for you?
Modelling has always been a hobby. I love dressing up and posing for the camera, I don’t take it more serious than that.
Who are your favourite models?
What sort of music and artist do you like?
Guns n’ Roses, Ramones, Rob Zombie, Rancid, Dolly Parton, Blondie, Stones.
Do you have any hobbies?
Music, art, exercise, animal welfare.
What is your favourite entertainment?
Which cuisine do you prefer?
Japanese and Thai.
If you had a choice would it be a Prada handbag or a Jimmy Choo shoes?
Neither. If I had to choose then Jimmy Choo but I’d rather have Vivienne Westwood or Alexander MqQueen if it had to be a designer.
Which city would you like to be in and why?
Las Vegas. Because I’ve been there several times and it’s where I left my heart. (on a poker table in the Bellagio, actually!)
I should add that, prior to Vegas I played Hold’em with friends… In Vegas, it’s hard to play properly on the tables so I just carried on playing video poker but it’s become somewhat of an obsession. Didn’t want it to come across as if I’ve just been randomly pressing buttons! I do understand poker and the strategy.
Funnily enough, Liv Boeree, is an actual real life friend of mine (but have not seen her since she made it so big!!!)
